The Land north of Cherry Hinton Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides a framework to help guide the preparation and assessment of planning applications between Airport Way and Cambridge Airport, north of Coldham’s Lane.
Adoption of the Land north of Cherry Hinton SPD
The Land north of Cherry Hinton SPD was adopted by South Cambridgeshire in November 2018 and Cambridge City Council in December 2018.
Public consultation on the draft SPD took place from 7 August to 2 October 2017.
